Synopsis

THE KING OF THE HOBOES! A wealthy banker decides to become a hobo and, with help from a homeless friend, they establish a place called Paradise Jungle, as an exclusive place for hoboes. However, some of the hoboes betray the banker's trust and they steal the money from the banker's home and they are captured by Batman and Robin. After the case is closed, the banker returns to Gotham City and starts running his bank once again with help from his formerly homeless friend and he plans to buy a large piece of land from Bruce Wayne to turn it into a place for hoboes.
